Finally Got Fitpal To Organize my Workout

Today I tried FitPal trying to finally organize my workout. Was using VO2Max testing few years ago but gave up on that because of the test price. Now, looks like smart people make everything working on the iPhone…

My functional capacity seems to be quite low no matter what time of the day I do the assessment. Did anyone here get the capacity 100% at any time? If the maximum I get is 40% does it mean that I need to sleep more and eat less, or how otherwise I can reach 100%?
I followed the guidelines from FitPal on how to determine my best time of the day to exercise and it appears that 10-11 am is the one. I used to have a lunch right at noon - is it ok to have lunch right after working out or I have to move the lunch time? What’s the recommended time interval in between workout and a lunch?
